At Lucero Wellbeing, we believe that exceptional care begins with an exceptional team. We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Therapist to join our private practice in Summerlin, Las Vegas — a space dedicated to guiding clients toward illumination, healing, and lasting growth.
This is a 1099 contract position offering meaningful clinical work alongside a robust support structure so you can focus on what matters most: your clients. You'll have access to a dedicated private office, paid malpractice insurance, a telehealth platform, billing services, and marketing resources. We also invest in your professional development with no-cost EMDR training, along with ongoing support from our Director of Psychology. Compensation is structured at 60% of cash pay fees and 45% of insurance pay fees.
